NG Solutions are an IT support company providing professional computer services to home users and small - medium sized businesses at affordable rates. We have offices in both Barnsley (South Yorkshire) and Nottingham (East Midlands) and cover all surrounding areas.

We offer a range of tailor made IT services ranging from repairs, installations, health checks, wireless solutions, networking and more. We also stock and supply custom built systems, laptops, printers, monitors, storage media and all other components.


We do not have call centres or first line support based in some far away country, we are a local firm with local engineers meaning that with us you get to speak to a professional straight away. Your problem or request is dealt with by one engineer from start to finish meaning you dont have to repeat yourself to several operatives before actually getting any answers only to be told that you have got the wrong department or that an engineer can not be sent out.


We believe you should be able to speak with one engineer who will deal with your request from start to finish, first time, every time. After using us for the first time you will always be dealt with by the same engineer in the future, this meaning your engineer knows your service history, knows your systems and most importantly you know them and they know you.
